Submission Rules of The Article Collection
Articles that you submit must be your own work and the content must be unique. You may not submit articles written by other authors.
Rebranded articles are not allowed and you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit.
Articles written by a ghost writer you employ are acceptable as long as the articles are being used only by yourself.
By submitting your articles to The Article Collection, you grant us the right to publish your articles. We may publish your article anywhere on our websites, blogs, newsletters, ezines or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
By submitting your articles to The Article Collection, you grant others the right to publish your articles. The Article Collection users have the right to re-publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state including the resource box which provides your credit as the author of the content.
Submitting your articles to The Article Collection does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind.
You will not receive compensation from The Article Collection or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
Submitting an article in no way guarantees inclusion in our directory. We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
Articles must be written in English. They must be spell checked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.
Articles must be submitted to the correct category/sub-category. Articles not categorized correctly will be deleted. If your article does not fit into any of the listed sub-categories, please contact us with your suggestion and it will be assessed.
Select the main and then sub category for your articles, or they can't appear. Click the + sign for the main category and then the round button for the correct sub category. Your target market will then find you easily. And that means more traffic for you!
Place a short precis of your article in the "Short Description" box (this is what most people looking for articles read first) and then the full article in the "Article Text" box. Ensure you include article tags about your article.
The following is a list of infringements that could automatically lead to your membership being terminated permanently:
Any article that has had minor, or no, changes and is being submitted into multiple categories will be rejected without notice.
Any article that containsmore than 3 active links active links (other than in the resource box) will be amended or rejected without notice.
You may not dump articles into the root category. Repeat offenders making no effort to correctly categorize an article being submittedwillbe un-subscribed.
Any article that contains more than three active links in thearticle or resource box will be rejected without notice.
Any article that contains any form of advertising, including graphics, will be rejected without notice.
You may not enter the same article into multiple categories. Changing a few words in the heading or the article itself does not constitute an original article. Choose a single category for each article.
Any article that contains advertising for any form of sexual services will be rejected without notice. Other articles that contain any form of sexual content will be admitted or rejected at our discretion. There is no form of appeal for rejection of these articles.
Any article that contains any form of gambling content will be rejected without notice.
Articles submitted through an article submission service that does not submit your article to the correct sub-category will be deleted. Repeat offenders have their membership cancelled.
Repeated attempts to...
1. enter what we define as "the same article" into multiple categories
2. submit articles which contain advertising
3. submit articles with more active links than is stated above as allowable
4. multiple registrations
5. fictitious names - your correct first & last name to be used.
6. non-current email addresses.
7. dump articles into the root directory, instead of selecting categories.
... will all result in your membership being terminated permanently.
Termination of the free facilities we allow registered authors is entirely at the discretion of The Article Collection. Decisions are not arguable or reversible. No correspondence will be entered into.
